For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to Fribbly Games. The "Prize" refers to ONE Custom Illustration by resident artist Llum de Palau (1 x Digital Copy and 1 x A4 Printed and Posted Copy to winner). By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All survey competitions must be submitted and received by 00:00 Midnight on February 1st 2024. One (1) winner in Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland) will be selected at random by The Promoter on 5th February 2024 and the winner will be notified on or after this date by email.

Fribbbly Games owns the rights to any artwork created as part of The Prize including the character/avatar design, and may be used for promotional materials, in game art and future projects.

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn (or any other platform/s this competition is advertised on) are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition.

HOW TO ENTER 

Only one entry per person will be accepted. Each entrant shall enter the competition by completing the provided questionnaire HERE and submitting a fully completed survey.

 

Email address of the winner must be provided to The Promoter as requested within the survey to enable notification of win and fulfilment of the Prize.

 

 

HOW TO REDEEM PRIZE 

The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered using a random number generator. 

 

Fribbly Games will send an email notifying The Winner will provide a series of preference questions in order to brief our Artist on The Prize design. The Winner will be provided with an initial watermarked sketch, allowing a chance to feedback with any amends. There will be no further requests for amends. The Prize will be in colour with a plain background only. 

 

Art will be printed and posted to The Winner no longer than Two Months of providing answers to art preference questions.

 

First selected winner has One Week to respond to the email informing of their win. If the winner does not respond within One Week, another will be chosen at Random. 

 

Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal value.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
